VoIP Telephone Service Review
Small business owners need a reliable telephone service with more than the average residential telephone service features. Many small businesses have more than one employee, each working in one of many departments. Those businesses with several customers or clients may need more than one basic phone line to meet the needs of these customers as well as to answer their questions, accept new orders, and offer customer support. Multiple telephone lines and extensions add a more business-like appearance.
VoIP telephone service, or Voice over Internet Protocol, allows small business owners to add that extra business-like appearance to their businesses. Not to mention all the additional features that may accompany this service. However, not all telephones are capable of handling VoIP service.
There may be several companies offering VoIP service, but I'd like to focus on only one. Nextiva offers many small business services and products, and they're a well known provider for small businesses throughout the U.S. inTalk is a VoIP service offered by Nextiva. Their powerful VoIP network offers a dependable VoIP service with various packages and plans available. Nextiva also carries VoIP telephones for those small businesses not already equipped with them.
I'll go a little more into detail of the individual inTalk plans available a little later on. For now, I'd like to talk about some of the features of inTalk's services. Each plan includes the following:
Of course, some telephone numbers may not be available in certain area codes. Customers can even customize inTalk VoIP system to meet their own specific needs.
Potential customers will appreciate the "Billing" and "Pre-Sales" questions and answers that can easily be found along the right side of Nextiva's 'Support' page. Here, you'll also find that customers can contact Nextiva for support via the online ticket submission or by telephone. Small businesses needing 4 or more VoIP telephones or VoIP telephone lines will need to request a quick, easy online quote. Please note, Nextiva offers U.S. based support only, and inTalk's incoming toll-free calls have a low 2.5 cents charge that will be added to your monthly bill. Guides for Nextiva inTalk can be easily downloaded from the 'Support' page as well.
Nextiva inTalk is a month to month service. Thus, Nextiva does not require customers to agree to nor sign any kind of contract. There are no set-up fees or hidden charges. An Internet connection is required for VoIP services. Dial-up cannot be used for inTalk as the minimum bandwidth required is between 80-100 Kbps for quality VoIP telephone calls. And, uploaded files to be used for Hold Music must be in .wav file format.
Nextiva inTalk plans are available for a 1-User Phone System, 4-User Phone System, or 8-User Phone System. Again, customers can quickly and easily request a quote from Nextiva's site. The amount of telephone numbers as well as the price varies, depending on the particular package plan chosen.
Nextiva inTalk offers affordable VoIP service plans for small businesses. These plans include many features to give small businesses the edge they need to obtain that business-like appearance while offering their own customers the availability they deserve. This well known provider offers everything needed for professional VoIP service that will keep your small business operating smoothly. |
